Ascension Coaching and Counseling:
I offer individual sessions in person or by phone on a range of subjects for those interested in developing skills at their own pace and for those who seek individualized instruction, attention and support in areas such as:
"Intro to Meditation" - learning accessible meditation techniques and starting a regular practice with ease
"Discovering your Psychic Self" - psychic development training
Channeling - communing with your Angels, the Ascended Masters and your Spirit Guides
"Ascension and Lightbody Integration" - support and guidance for the new energy symptoms and side effects of ascension and subsequent integration processes
Coaching is based on subject matter I offer in a series of spiritual development courses that I have designed and successfully offered on line and through adult ed/continueing ed programs throughout Massachusetts. Coaching/Counseling sessions are offered in one hour increments. They are designed based on client's needs and specifications. Clients are invited to select an area of interest to cover in the session. Instruction and experiential techniques will be provided during the session. Clients are then invited to work on and develop their skills at their own leisure after conclusion of the session. Additional sessions are always available based on the client's needs and time frame. The intention of this format is for clients to become self-sufficient as their own spiritual authority via cultivating basic spiritual tools used in spiritual growth and unfoldment
